Sunday Matinee Show featuring The PickPockets and The Local Waves - ALL AGES!

The PickPockets are an acoustic rock, country, and alternative band playing music from the 1960s to today. Formed in 2020, the band has built a reputation for reimagining popular songs with a distinctive acoustic-rock edge. Their five-piece lineup—guitars, mandolin, sax, bass, and cajón—blends rock, Americana, pop, and indie influences into a sound that is both dynamic and versatile. From sing-along favorites to head-turning acoustic takes on rock and classics, The PickPockets deliver tailored performances that connect with every audience. Alongside their inventive covers, they are releasing original music, beginning with their debut single “Fondly (Think of Me)” released in September 2025. They have released three additional songs since September with a full album anticipated for later in 2026.

The Local Waves are made up of South Shore MA singer / songwriters Adam Frates and John DeBellis. The duo was formed back in late 2024 when they co-wrote their debut single “Better Days”. Both being fans of each other’s music they decided to get together and form a duo. Since then they have been writing, rehearsing and playing local shows. They plan to release more original music later this spring / summer. The Local Waves blends reggae, roots and easy listening summer style music for everyone to enjoy. Adam and John have both been playing and involved in the local music scene for many years and they look forward to playing shows all over the South Shore and beyond.
